Opening back up. In some ways, it seems like just yesterday we were all going into lockdown, closing the doors of our favorite restaurants and pubs, and settling into Zoom dinners and birthday parties. In other ways, it seems like it was years ago. Time can be funny like that.
What we do know for certain is there's a lot of pent up demand to get out, to go out, and to be out. We're happy to help by inviting you to open up with Elevation.
Over the course of the next several months, we're going to hold a series of events and demonstrations in our test kitchen, the Chef's Playground. Whether you're a school nutrition director or an independent restaurant owner, we're going to curtail our events so there's something for everyone.
NOW TRENDING AT THE CHEF'S PLAYGROUND
Created for foodservice operators, restaurants, and foodservice equipment dealers, the Now Trending at the Chef's Playground series will focus on the hottest trends in foodservice, as well as some tips and techniques for implementing them. Attendees will be invited to cook in our test kitchen, check out plating possibilities, and chow down!
RECESS AT THE CHEF'S PLAYGROUND
Designed specifically for school nutrition directors, Recess at the Chef's Playground will provide school nutrition professionals with an opportunity to work in our test kitchen trying out new recipes, as well as equipment to make them more efficient. Look for tips on how to increase student participation, maximize labor and staffing, diversify menus, serve more students in less time, and more.
Unfortunately, just as we were preparing for a big grand opening of our Chef's Playground, the Covid pandemic forced us to push that back. These new demo series are now part of our new grand opening, so we'd love for you to drop by and see what's available to you!

Part of the fun will be the new TurboChef Plexor oven, and one-of-a-kind unit that will be available for purchase later this summer. Right now, we only have a test unit, the only Plexor unit west of the Mississippi River, to be specific. What makes the Plexor so unique is its ability to perform three cooking functions in three different chambers -- impingement, rapid cook, or convection. Even better, each chamber can be customized as needed. The Plexor will be available for testing in our Chef's Playground when you're here.
