Family. My father was on the manufacturing side of the industry, and I got to witness him create relationships in this industry that turned into lifelong friendships. I'm already fortunate to have the friendships I have, and I look forward to creating new relationships every day!
I work with K-12 schools. I like coming up with solutions for school cafeterias to feed more students high-quality meals. I'm fortunate to represent brands that help school staffs reach their goals. I believe that efficiency, quality, and a positive experience during a student's lunch period translate to a more positive experience in the classroom. As a result, my job helps students become more successful mentally and physically.
I try to have clients understand that it's important for me to know what their short and long-term goals are. The more I understand what they're trying to accomplish, the easier it is for me to set them up for success.
Working with first-time operators as we make their dreams come true. I love helping create an environment that brings people together for memorable experiences. I find it really rewarding to help operators reach their goals.
