Elevated Foodservice Equipment Starts Here

Elevated service comes from staff in sync on what that service means, especially regarding how it’s delivered. That’s why the Elevation Nation makes it a point to get together for team-building events where we define and develop our culture, and we recently headed to Vail, Colorado where we focused on the importance of relationships.

Relationships are the heart of what we do in the foodservice and hospitality industries, and we believe that starts internally. Before we can treat our customers to elevated customer service, we must first treat ourselves that way, and the best way is to have fun!

Through a series of exercises, we had all 13 attendees talk about their personal experiences, from performing in high-level NCAA sports to learning about the basics of steam cooking. Everyone had something to share.

Highlights of our teambuilding events included visits to some amazing local barbecue restaurants, as well as ax throwing, where, thankfully, everyone emerged unscathed.

What does all this mean for our customers? It’s a simple formula. When our staff is aligned, and our processes are streamlined, we can provide more effective and efficient customer service. The reality is time is money when it comes to restaurants and other types of foodservice operations, so our goal is to help operators locate the right solutions to meet their challenges, and then help them obtain that equipment as quickly as possible in today’s supply-challenged world.

Looks like fun, right? Be sure to join us in the Chef's Playground to get in on the action. Our Denver test kitchen is open for business whenever you want to come and play, test out your menu ideas, or demo the latest foodservice equipment.
