Team Spotlight: Connor Pettibone

We’re thrilled to introduce Connor, our new team member, who brings a wealth of experience from the events and catering industry and a passion for building relationships. With a love for great food and adventure, Connor has found the perfect fit at Elevation, where he can continue to grow in a familiar yet exciting environment. In just one week, he’s already embraced the team and is looking forward to all the opportunities ahead. Get to know more about Connor’s journey, inspirations, and fun personal interests in this insightful Q&A!

Hi Connor, to start, tell us what excites you most about your job.

Building lasting relationships, helping team members grow, selling (of course), and being the kid
in the toy store who gets to play with all the fun equipment!

Tell us a bit about yourself. How did you wind up at Elevation?

After a long career in the events and catering industry, I was looking for a new opportunity to
grow outside of that field. After finding and researching Elevation, it became clear that this was
an ideal opportunity to stay in a familiar area that makes me happy while allowing me to expand my knowledge and expertise. After 1 week, I’m extremely excited and have enjoyed every bit of it along with the team members I’ve met so far. Looking forward to everything to come working at Elevation!

What is your favorite restaurant, and why?

Lo Stella in the Golden Triangle, Denver. True authentic Italian food using family recipes, and
the owner is a great guy. Their Prosciutto e Burrata is absolutely amazing!

Who are your biggest influences?

The most significant two throughout my life have been my dad and my grandfather.

What are some of your passions outside of work?

Traveling, camping, rock climbing, hiking, skydiving, just about anything to do with water, family,
friends, and my dog Bella.

What is your favorite vacation spot?

It's my go-to Colorado camp spot, but I can’t tell you where! It’s the ideal location at the tree line,
where I won’t see another soul outside of my camping group for the duration of the trip. It’s
beautiful and secluded, just how I like it. That or any tropical beach destination. Bring on the
heat, humidity, and the waves!

Where did you grow up? Any interesting places you've lived throughout your life?

Minus 1 year in elementary school, I grew up in Colorado but lived in many places, including
the Denver metro area, Durango, Leadville, Avon, Silverthorne, Beaver Creek, and
Breckenridge. The most unique and interesting would definitely be Durango.

What is your go-to meal? Beverage? Restaurant?

Angel hair alfredo pasta with chicken and bacon.
Bourbon neat or a glass of Pinot Noir.
Lo Stella, when I can make it to Denver.
